Why did I create this page?

I have shared this information because I believe that anyone who is willing to learn a few lines of code can become a Front-End Developer. As a casual name, we used to refer to these professionals as webmasters. The goal here is to provide this information as easy and accessible as possible to let you know that you too can do! If you are willing to put the time and effort into this field you can make a big difference in the world. Everyone LOVES the World Wide Web. According to a nonprofit organization study conducted during the later part of 2020, 3.96 billion people use social media who spend approximately 144 minutes online daily.

As a Information Technology professional for many years, I often receive the question how to create a web site. Here are the steps that you need to do to answer this question. The real question that I do not address below is what type of content do you plan to share with the world? That should be your guiding star question as you complete the following items below:

  1. Register Domain Name – Contact GoDaddy to check to see if your domain name is available.
  2. Setup Web Hosting – Contact GoDaddy for a slice of the web hosting pie in the sky.
  3. Web Hosting Platform – Login to your web hosting provider to upload your first page; and your live on the world wide web.
