Eating healthy has to become a battle that you win in your mind. You might argue that ANY diet will produce results and I will agree with you. Just look around at mankind to observe the results of the eat ANY diet. To the credit of some individuals, Intensions are like potato chips, they are good going down but consumed daily is bad for your long-term health strategy. Once you can place a circle around the foods that are okay to eat, then you can win the war of your mind. The laws of cause and effect will show up on the scale.
One of the best DIETS on the plant is the original diet given to mankind of fruits and vegatables. (Genesis 1:29) We learned after reading this passage that all living creatures can sustain life on this diet.
